Touring Cars to Oz
Safe transport of all types of freight, with
precision timing and organisation across large distances, is our
trademark. Rock-it Cargo was hired to transport Peugeot 406 racing
cars, including all their spares, to Australia; "we kept
the client fully up to date as there were constant changes to
the itinerary".
Rock-it Cargo were able to co-ordinate
delivery and loading from the transporter to safe-stowage and
secure container packing ready for the ocean freight stage of
the shipment. Once delivered, the client called from Australia
to send his compliments for a job well done!

Jeff Beck's Hot Rod
Using Rock-it Cargo for a complete round-trip service ensured
a seamless, worry-free project in the case of shipping a rusty
car shell to the USA for refurbishment into a custom hot rod.
Jeff Beck is revered in hot rod circles for building his own cars,
but with time short due to touring commitments he entrusted this
rebuild to Roy Brizio Street Rods in San Francisco. With Rock-it
already handling his music equipment movements this was a shipment
that just had to run smoothly!
Rock-it calculated the most economical way of importing
the car into the USA. With this sorted and the temporary export
documents completed, the car was collected, packed and shipped
out. Twelve months later a rebuilt custom coupe returned in a
20 foot ocean container, arranged by Rock-it, who then completed
customs clearance and unpacking at Felixstowe and delivered the
car back to Jeff's house on a transporter.
